Article 9 is part of the Arizona Administrative Code. It is a law that governs
the rights of individuals with disabilities in Arizona. Proficient understanding
of Article 9 is also a requirement for all DDD funded service providers. This
course defines prohibited techniques, as well as the techniques providers are
encouraged to use! This is a great class for diverse learners that benefit from
a slower paced class and interactive in-person learning.
